You must accept these terms and conditions to avail of the directory.
We do not allow Warez, illegal MP3 Sites, or any form of illegal copped material,
Adult Sites or IRC Bots. You may not store more data in your account than your allotted
web space unless a request for more space is submitted. Your web space is for your personal
use only. You must not divulge the password to any other person, and you should take reasonable
precautions to ensure that other people do not discover it. If this so happens Web Directory
Ireland do not accept liability. It is your own responsibility. You must take the action that
you deem necessary. Web Directory Ireland do not keep a back up system of all data stored on
the directory, therefore it is recommended that the account holder keeps their own personal
backup of the data. Web Directory Ireland shall not be held liable for any loss or damages
caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services. We reserve the right to
amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
You may not run server processes (e.g.. talkers/IRC Bots) from your web space.
Web Directory Ireland reserve the right to cancel your subscription without prior notice.
When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted.
Web Directory Ireland reserve the right to remove any side severer programme that
interferes with the running of the directory. Users of the directory must not be
involved with any Spam or bulk e-mails and any form of illegal sites. Any users
who ignore this condition, Web Directory Ireland reserve the right to terminate
the subscription immediately.
Payment Terms
Payment Terms are not provided. The customer is responsible for all charges on
the service account until a cancellation request is received in writing one month
in advance of the cancellation date. If your account/service is activated before
payment is made then payment must be sent in full by return. If payment is not made
in full within 14 days all technical support for the web space may be revoked at the
company's discretion. If payment is still not made in the following 5 working days
your account will be deleted from our directory. Re Companies: Any orders received
from company/s shall be deemed to be made by an authorised person from that company.
Access Control
You must not leave your assigned web space. You must not attempt to gain entry to
other accounts that are held on this directory, while using the online editor log-in page.
Interfering with these accounts will result in your access being removed.
Bandwidth Limitation
Bandwidth If your bandwidth reaches the points where it has an adverse affect on
other clients we reserve the right to disable your web space until you can reduce your
bandwidth usage. You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining
the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages
do not violate Irish or European law and Web Directory Ireland shall not take responsibility
for it. You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory,
confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your page(s). We reserve
the right to remove material deemed inappropriate from your web pages, without prior notice.
